Primary market
We focus on shipping to Thailand. Orders are packaged in Hong Kong and prepared for delivery to Thailand (and other destinations enabled at checkout).

Other countries
If your country appears at checkout, shipping is available there too. Rates and transit times vary by destination. If you do not see your country, contact us before ordering.

Origin & packaging
Orders are packaged in Hong Kong for cross-border delivery.

Processing time
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days after payment clears (longer during peak periods or restocking). You will receive tracking when the parcel ships.

Delivery estimates (Thailand)
Transit to Thailand commonly takes about 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier and customs. Estimates only — not guarantees. A provisional standard rate may show at checkout (e.g. ฿150) until we finalize carrier pricing.

Customs & duties
Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees—if charged—are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Sold-out items
Sold-out products cannot be purchased until restocked.
